Hey there! My name is Spencer McTighe, and I was born and raised in Georgia. As someone with a passion for literature and stories, I’m currently taking several college courses and seeking out employment with the hopes of gaining skills fantastic and mundane alike, a better sense of what type of career I’d prefer, and, more recently, become better with computer software in general. Aside from my interests of reading and writing (which partly stemmed from my love of the series The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flammel), I also enjoy movies, video games, board games, fishing, badminton, and running. Running especially has been with me for most of my life, and it has taught me that, among other things, the ability to continue onward is one of the most important traits a person can have.
As a general rule of thumb, I try my best to approach things in life with an open mind, and I’ve always valued listening before speaking. Of course, there are times where these options aren’t available, and there will be scenarios that will pressure you to take a side. Despite this, this growth mindset has aided me many times over, and it has played a large part in who I am today. As long as we can remain civil and compromise, cooperation should be a nonissue moving forward.
